Norwegian country code:

If you call from another country to Norway, or use a foreign phone while in Norway you have to use the Norwegian country code. The country code in Norway is +47 or 0047 followed by the number you want to call. 

In case of emergency while in Norway you can call the following numbers: 

• 110 - Fire department
• 112 - Police
• 113 - Ambulance
