
Molde is a city with around 25,000 inhabitants, located at the west coast of Norway. It is also called ‘the city of roses’, as it has the perfect climate for roses to grow. Molde is famous for its jazzfestival, which is held every summer. The nature around Molde is fantastic. There are really nice hiking opportunities for summer and several downhill and cross-country skiing possibilities for wintertime. Within 2 hours drive you can find the cities Ålesund and Kristiansund, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and the Geirangerfjord.
Molde University College (HiMolde) has around 1,600 students and offers degrees in nursing, sport management, IT, law, economics and logistics. There are fulltime international students in the master programs in Logistics, Event management and Team sport management, as well as the PhD program in Logistics.
