From November 2nd to November 5th we gathered in Bergen for our National Assembly! 

The National Board presented their recent activities, future plans, and achievements in realizing the Action Plan for their mandate, along with a comprehensive report from the previous mandate. The Audit Commission presented their Audit Report, accompanied by the candidacies for next mandate. 

We were delighted to receive insights from our valuable partners: NSO (The National Union of Students in Norway), SAIH (The Norwegian Students and Academics International Assistance Fund) and Eurosender. 

Safety took center stage, prompting discussions on conscious operational practices and ways to enhance and unify safety measures across the entire network. Expansion strategies for ESN Norway were explored, along with discussions on digital tools for efficient ESN operations. 

The participants delved into project prioritization and engaged in a captivating discussion on communication strategy. Overall, HiberNAtion provided a platform for our members to share best practices, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
